Challenge to Young Lawyers: Support Access to Justice
through State Bar Dues Statement
By Heather Way, Access to Justice Liaison and Andrew
Strong, TYLA President - Last year, young lawyers
gave $180,000 of the more than $1 million donated by Texas

Law of the Land - Know Your Rights!
By
Patsy Yung and Mary Reveles - While pro bono services
are vigorously promoted at legal aid clinics around Texas,

such service. Frequently, individuals are unaware of their
legal rights and responsibilities. Thus they encounter financial

to shape a reputation that will accompany you throughout
your career. Through the years, colleagues and adversaries
