This month's featured leader is John Anaipakos, HYLA - One of my true pleasures in life is meeting people, especially those who have roots in my hometown, El Paso, Texas. John Anaipakos is this month's featured affiliate leader. John and I grew up in El Paso. In fact, our childhood homes are down the street from each other. But because we attended different schools, we never had the good fortune to meet in El Paso. So I was pleasantly surprised when, over a recent lunch, John told me that he is a native El Pasoan. Developing Good Habits in the Season of Giving

Uh-Oh, Is That Lease Guaranteed?
